Lock in the Date

We can book the date during your clarity call, or you can get in touch when you are ready.

Service Agreement and Invoice

My Service Agreement gives us both peace of mind.

Once you have paid your deposit, your date is 100% confirmed; you will receive a welcome pack and access to your client portal.

Get Prepared

In your client portal, there will be a list of things I will need for your project, such as logins.

In your client portal, you can book calls such as your pre-planning meeting and other add-ons.

Start the Day

We will start the day with a kickoff call and review the task list for the day.

End of the Day

We close the day with a call and training. If you are unavailable at the end of the day, we can book for the following morning.

Working with me

You will meet me at your clarity call and work with me on your confirmed Date.

My Assistant, Schantelle, will be involved with your onboarding and offboarding and may also reply to some emails.

VIP Intensives are a custom list of tasks.

At the very least I will need admin access to your WordPress website.

For a 1 day website, my website’s 1-day Process Page lists the steps and during our clarity call, we will discuss things further so you will know exactly what I need from your end.

For a one day website, at a minimum, I need your copy, brand assets, images and logins.

No, sorry, to work with me, full payment is required before I begin.
